Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police (DB) has arrested ‘top terrorist’ Md. Bappi along with two associates from Jessore in connection with the shooting incident targeting members of the Detective Bureau (DB) in Fakirapul in the capital. Three foreign pistols, six magazines with bullets and 151 bullets were recovered from their custody. DB Joint Commissioner (South) Mohammad Nasirul Islam gave this information at a press conference on Sunday afternoon. The arrested persons are Bappi alias Md. Ali alias Firoz Alam alias Ahsanul Haque, his associate Abu Khalid Saifullah alias Boma Ripon and Md. Kamrul Hasan.
